James J. Eischen Jr., Esq (Jim Eischen) is a licensed California attorney with over 38 years of experience handling complex matters. He received his J.D. from the University of California at Davis in 1987, and his B.A. from Creighton University in 1984.
Mr. Eischen is nationally recognized for compliance experience regarding complex corporate business planning and transactions. As a speaker at conferences throughout the US, he addresses data privacy, regulatory business planning problem-solving, and start-up innovation monetization.

Mr. Eischen was previously the head of a healthcare regulatory transaction group at a respected national law firm’s Irvine office, and prior to that, a member of the corporate, healthcare and real estate departments of a prominent San Diego law firm.
Featured speaker at the annual concierge medicine today conference in Georgia, and author of the California Medical Association Physician Legal Deskbook chapter on cash healthcare compliance.
The author of an updated curriculum for the Andrew Weil Integrative Health Institute of the University of Arizona.

Awarded leader at the San Diego County Bar Association and heavily involved in the law and medicine, wellness, senior advisor/mentoring sections and committees.
Having grown up and lived in San Diego for nearly all of his life, Mr. Eischen is actively involved in the local community. He was the founding attorney coach for the Academy of Our Lady of Peace (OLP) high school mock trial team, and he helped that team win two (2) San Diego County Championships and proceed to state finals.
Mr. Eischen is the founding chapter chair of the Capitalize Mindfulness in Law Society/MILS and organizes wellness, mentoring, and enlightened networking in the San Diego networking period.
Mr. Eischen works and lives in Point Loma, California, and remains an avid surfer, stand up, paddler, boater, and motorcycle/bicycle enthusiast.
